Structure composition and principle:
1: Main transmission mechanism
The main motor of this liquid food packaging machine provides power source, drives the reducer to rotate the 02 distribution shaft, and distributes it to the heat sealing cam, feeding cam, bag pulling cam, counting cam, delivery bevel gear and distribution gear, so that they enter the working state;
2: Bag pulling mechanism
The bag pulling roller of this liquid packaging machine is driven by a stepper motor, and the bag pulling cam on the distribution shaft triggers a proximity switch. The proximity switch inputs the signal to the controller of this liquid food packaging machine, which sends a pulse signal to the driver and outputs the driver current to the stepper motor to drive the bag pulling roller and complete the bag pulling action;
3: Paper supply mechanism
After installing the packaging materials, turn on the power switch of this liquid packaging machine, lift the control lever, and trigger the contactless switch. The contactless switch outputs a signal to the power board, causing the solid relay to conduct, thereby driving the paper supply motor to drive the rubber sleeve shaft to rotate and pull down the packaging materials. To ensure that the packaging materials have sufficient length, pass them through the cardboard, forming machine, and bag roller to complete this process;
4: Photoelectric tracking mechanism
Adjust the position of the photoelectric head of this liquid food packaging machine. First, loosen the adjustment screw I and adjust the support position so that the horizontal bar can be adjusted at any position. After meeting the requirements, tighten this screw. Then loosen the adjustment screw II so that the connecting block can move on the horizontal bar. After meeting the requirements, tighten this screw. Finally, loosen the adjustment screw III so that the upright pole can move up and down, thereby driving the photoelectric head of this liquid packaging machine to move together. At this time, the cutting knife should be cut on the cursor point, and the photoelectric head's photoelectric light should shine 2mm above the cursor. Tighten the adjustment screw III;
5: Measurement institutions
During the operation of this liquid food packaging machine, the metering institution plays the role of measuring and filling liquid materials such as tea drinks, soybean milk, soy sauce vinegar, shampoo, Chinese medicine liquid, etc. After closing the clutch, the distribution gear I drives the distribution gear II, causing gear II and gear I to rotate. Then, through the large rod and rocker of this liquid packaging machine, the sector gear swings left and right. The sector gear meshes with the piston rod, causing the piston rod to move forward and backward into a working state. At the same time, the small connecting rod drives the crank and plug to rotate, forming the process of material extraction and feeding. When the piston rod moves forward, it is the feeding action, and when the piston rod moves backward, it is the material extraction action. The measurement size can be adjusted by adjusting the coarse adjustment handle and the fine adjustment handle;

Operational matters:
1: This machine adopts an AC380V+N three-phase four wire braking power supply (if the user does not have this power supply, it can also be modified to a single-phase 220V power supply). The control circuit and heating circuit are both AC220V voltage, so the power supply must be connected to the working neutral wire, and the liquid food packaging machine shell must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock and ensure personal safety;
2: This liquid packaging machine adopts an adjustable metering pump method and filling metering. Before filling liquid packaging materials such as tea drinks, soy sauce vinegar, soybean milk, shampoo, etc., the marking position on the cock in the metering system should be adjusted correctly, and appropriate discharge nozzles should be selected according to the thinness and measurement size of the packed materials to avoid leakage and measurement accuracy requirements;
3: Rotate the main motor belt by hand and observe whether the liquid food packaging machine operates flexibly. Only after confirming that there are no abnormal conditions can the machine be powered on and started;
4: The packaging material can be placed between two paper blocking wheels above this liquid packaging machine, and placed in the groove of the paper rack wall panel. The paper blocking wheel should clamp the core of the packaged roll and align the center of the packaging material with the center of the bag maker. Then tighten the top screw and make the printing surface face forward and the heat sealing and surface (polyethylene surface) face backward. After the liquid food packaging machine is turned on, adjust the pressure of the friction disc according to the paper feeding situation, that is, adjust the damping size of the paper blocking wheel. Turning the adjustment ring clockwise can increase the friction force, and vice versa can reduce it.
